Is having DD breast implants less uncomfortable that having DD breasts naturally?

Do boob implants have less sagging than natural breasts? Would somebody w/ DD implants have less backache and trouble finding clothes than somebody who is naturally a DD? Also, what size do most women become when they get implants?

At DD size, sometimes the natural breasts will sag more and sometimes it is the other way around. Breast implant results have a lot to do with the patient in whom they are placed. Small women who go with really large breasts can have problems with clothing choices and shopping. Pain in implant patients depends upon how much of their own tissue they have around those implants. The most frequent cup size enlargement with implants is around 11/2 cup size although it of course varies.

Reply:Idk it's probably heaver to get implants cause it's like stiff heavy jelly lol and woman usually get d's if not bigger..now that's scary!
