Is it possible for your body to react to the fertilized egg before it even implants?

I have a dilemma, my x didnt pull out twice on saturday and I know saturday was the beginning of my fertile window and I should of ovualted sunday or monday. I already have a 20month old, so could my body already be reacting to the fertilized egg this early cause, my body already knows what to do? Cause Im feeling sick, pooping, I have abdominal cramping and back cramping on my left side.

Is it possible for your body to react to the fertilized egg before it even implants?
No I don't think this is possible. The reason your body starts to react in those ways in because the hormone that is being released, which only starts to have effect once the egg is fully implanted. Perhaps you've got a gastric bug or something. There is a lot of it going around!
Reply:You are going to think I am crazy, but it could be psychological. If you are extremely worried, or extremely excited about the possibility of being pregnant, your body could be mocking a pregnancy.

I've heard it happen and seen it happen. When I was doing my internship we had a woman that tested positive for pregnancy and came back 4 weeks later with the baby bump, but when the sonogram was done there was no trace of there ever being a baby and she had assured us she had not bled (miscarried). She was so excited about the baby, and had already gotten a bigger apartment and set up the nursery.

Just calm down, if you are in a panic, wish for the best and go to the doctor as soon as you can.

Good Luck!
Reply:As soon as the egg is fertilized you start producing the pregnancy hormone and within 3 days of fertilization you can start having pregnancy symptoms. But it takes about 2-3 days for fertlization to occur..

Since you've already been pregnant before your body can start showing signs of pregnancy.
Reply:You know, a lot of people are going to say 'no' but I truely believe that you can. When I first got pregnant, I wasn't trying and before a test or missed period, I was experiencing symptoms like you wouldn't believe. I think that everyone's bodies reacts differently to changes.

The only thing you can do is wait it out.

Good luck!
Reply:Once the egg is fertilized your body does know what to do, and your hormones start to raise, making you sick. So yes it is possible to feel pregnant before you have a missed period.
Reply:Hello.

Yes,you probably are pregnant, wait until you are 7 days late and take a test.No your body would not be showing symptoms yet,it sounds like you have an illness.
