I'm not pregnant and I don't have breast implants, but I would like to someday have another child. I would also really like having a breast implant surgery, but I have a lot of self-confidence to build before I reach that goal.
If you have breast implants, can you still breast feed your baby?
It's difficult to say as each woman's experience is different. Some will say it doesn't effect breastfeeding, but there has been many cases where it has! It's your personal choice to take that risk. My advice would be to have your children first then have the surgery later on once all your breastfeeding is done. But, ultimately it's up to you and no one should judge you for your decision. Good luck.
Reply:wow, i would get more details from your Dr or hopefully someone that went through this could give you info! I can tell you that not having implants and nursing 3 babies, youre breasts after childbirth become engorged in prep for all htat milk your about to produce..and I can imagine it being very difficult and stretched like mad phew! I would get hte implants after ! Women go up in cup size or sizes due to pregnancy and nursing..
Either way use lots of cocoa butter during pregnancy to keep skin moist and help prevent stretching marks. ...
Beautiful belly balm kept me mark free..
Reply:Sorry...but part of the surgery involves cutting the nipple away from the milk ducts.
Pretty sure that means no milk, and also explains why women experience a lack of sensitivity after implants.
Speak to an OB/GYN about this..NOT a plastic surgeon.
Reply:Yes, you can still breast feed provided there are no complications with your surgery.
Reply:no im pretty sure its ok
