I wanna start saving up for when I turn 18 and I'd like to know what the general cost is for a breast job and a nose job.

a friend of mine, who wanted to be bigger-she paid 5000$ for her implants two years ago-i imagine that they have gone up since then You should research any doctor who you are considering doing implants, befor accepting-too many illegal ones, and botched ones out there. she also waited till she was 26-and she did it for her own self esteem, not to please anybody else.


i think at 18-it is still too young to alter your body-personally-i do not believe in implants-or altering unless it is a medical reason-but ,,i do know my friend now feels 100% better about herself-and it shows through her personality, and smiles...oh yeah she was an "A" cup if that prior to the surgery.


wait until you are at least 25-you could still be growing at 18 !!!

Why would you pay $5000 for implants just to conform to other people's idea of beauty? goddamn media. true beauty comes from confidence and a good personality, not a scalpel.


You can be more attractive to men if you are smart, funny, kind, and can cook (other "skills" are good, too). i know the cooking thing is "sexist", but I don't care, it's true.


Learn to actually LISTEN to men. You may find that they are people. most women don't do this, focusing their energy on CHANGIN the man. Men HATE this. if you don't do it, you will have the advantage over "trophy" hoes.
