i am currently fighting a moral dilema in my head,i am a double A and really do not have much, has anyone ever had breast implants and are willing to share some real and honest advise please.

I had the same debate with myself until one of my friend had a really bad botched surgery. The first surgery went well and the implants looked fine. She thought her breasts were too saggy and wanted to get them lifted. The surgeon busted one of the implants and now she's lopsided because he's not opting to fix his mistake.





These things do happen, and yes there is some legal action she can take but that can take a long time and a lot more money than you think.
Reply:Well you need to post a pic. If you don't atleast tell height/weight you might look fine will the small breasts
