There's nowhere a plastic surgeon isn't prepared to operate on to relieve people of their money, in the pursuit of false appearance.


It's the thought of nasty butt implants, now no-one could pay me enough ( if I were a plastic surgeon, that is ) to operate on that area!

Reply:Yep. I once saw an extremely offputting documentary about plastic surgery that included footage of someone having their chin reshaped. They basically peeled all the skin off and then went for the skull with a chisel. Ewwwwwwwww.





It's actually slightly less revolting than watching a surgeon stuff bags of goop into a woman's breast.
