Guys, is it a turn off when girls have breast implants?

I plan on getting implants for self-confidence reasons. I have really small breasts and when I get them I'm not going to go to big. Maybe a full B. And try to make them look as real as possible. I mean if I had something I'd be fine, but since I barely have anything I know I would feel much hapier after the augmetation. So in my case scenerio would you be turned-off?

Nope. If it makes my girlfriend happy, I certainly would support. Plus you could always hold off on telling a new love about the fact. It is certainly not a deal breaker if all else is right.
Reply:yes, but there are some exceptions. like if he had breast cancer and had to have one or both removed then i would be fine with her getting implants. when she does get them i would rather her get them as close to the size they were before. but if there is nothing wrong with her and she still got them to have bigger boobs then it would be a turn off
Reply:Really you have to do what is good for you but i would stand by my girl no matter how big on top she was and small breasts can be a turn on too so decide very carefully you may regret the unreversible and yes sometimes knowing they are fake does put a damper on things.
Reply:its like german chocolate cake...the cake is awesome to look at and it makes your mouth water and want to put your face in it get it all over you but when you actually get to taste it its crap. anyway its all about how the person can get it done.

Reply:well it depends some guys would think you have a self confidence problem but most guys would be fine with it, probably happy.
