Reply:Well, since exercise helps to tone your muscles, you could do so for your pectoral muscles too. Exercises that help to tone the chest muscles are exercises like push-up and bench press (which you can do with a dumbbell). Firmer and bigger boobs are always good :D Besides that, food also play a part in developing your boobs. But I've heard that consuming soy actually helps, cos it contains estrogen. So, if you like tofu and soy milk, good for you :) But of course, the level of estrogen found in these foods is not the same as that our bodies produce. Hence, most effective way to get bigger boobs (w/o surgery) is to exercise the right muscles.
Reply:You can of course "cheat" by using a bra and putting on an illusion that they are bigger (you don't even need to stuff!), but there is not much you can do for larger breasts without going under the knife, unless you gain a lot of weight or get pregnant.

i also heard that eating soybeans helps .


other than that creams, pills, ect. dont work .


dont waste money on them .

you can just wear a normal bra and put as much stuff in as you like so it will become bigger then the use of a padded bra
Reply:You can exercise the pectoral muscles but you won't go up more than 1/2 a cup or so.





Those growth pill things don't work.





The only way to get the drastically bigger is surgery.

Reply:Push up bra. Victoria's Secret has the best. They prices are a bit high but they are amazing! Keep your eyes out for sales.
