Just moved to Oahu,Hawaii and want to get implants. Does anyone know where the best and reasonable priced places to go are? Also I know some give military discounts.If you know any it would be helpful.

What if they leak? Are you prepared for that? I personally would not like something under my skin/muscle. That's just gross!
