I am comfortable with my size, it's just that one of my breasts is slightly larger than the other. It kind of bothers me, and I would like to even them out. If that doesn't work, I guess I could try reduction...

Just remember a reduction can be covered by insurance while an implant will not. You also have to maintain and upgrade implants as time goes by.
They will always be different sizes, even with an implant/reduction, as they cannot get it exactly, but it can be close.
Reply:Almost all girls have one boob bigger than the other by some amount. No ones pays attention as much as you so you're probably the only one who notices it. Even if they do notice, it's not that bigga deal. One of my nads hangs lower than the other but I don't ever consider getting ball lengthening surgery.
