Hey..i am thinking about getting breast implants how much do they usually cost and what is the safest ones to get?

A breast augmentation is usually $3,000 - $10,000. The doctor may recommend additional surgeries, like a breast lift or to have the nipples repositioned, usually at an extra cost. Mine were $6,500.





The implant can be filled with saline or silicone gel. The safest is saline (salt water), because if the implants breaks, the saline will be safely absorbed into your body. Silicone was banned in the 90's because it was believed to cause tissue diseases, but was re-approved by the FDA a few years ago.
