I had mine done a month ago. I wore the surgical bra for two weeks. Then the dr told me to wear a bra but to take the underwire out until they settle in. So i wear a wireless bra during the day and when i get home i take it off. I don't like to sleep with one on and I don't have to.Good luck!!
Reply:Whaat?! Your Dr. said never wear a bra? Like ever? I was able to wear one a month after my sugery. Fake boobs, just like real boobs WILL sag over time. I suggest you wear a bra every day especially since you have large implants.
