Can you feel when the egg implants itself?

I had a strange feeling in my stomach yesterday, like a pinching feeling. I ovulated somewhere from 7-3 to 7-6, so could it even be implantation. My husband and I have been TTC for over a year and I am optimistic it has happened. So I was just wondering if anyother women had felt when the egg implants itself.

Can you feel when the egg implants itself?
Yes. I found an article saying this about it, "Some women may feel light cramping when the fertilized egg implants itself into the uterine wall. This can take place as early as six to eight days after fertilization. You may experience some light bleeding or "spotting" when the egg implants itself. "
Reply:i am curious about the same question! I am also trying to conceive and believe I ovulated on july 1 or 2. On the 9th I had cramps for about 2 hours... and nothing since. I am curious to know if that could have been implantation?!?!? I am waiting it out to see if I miss my period this Sunday or Monday! -good luck to you!!!!
Reply:My husband and I are trying also. I believe I ovulated June 28th and had cramps July 3rd. It was more like cramps before you get your period but no period ever came and it's July 12th. I stopped nursing my 2nd child 6 weeks ago and we've been trying since May. I was wondering the same thing as you are. If I am this would be my third pregnancy and every one is different! It drives me crazy!
