Do breast implants sag with age, or stay upright while everything else sags?

I can't help but be curious about this. I saw Dolly Parton on television the other night and could not look at her lovely face or listen to her songs, because my attention was riveted to her bulging bosom, which seemed to be in danger of leaping from her frock and dancing with the stars.





I thought perhaps others have had thoughts about this. As the women with implants grow old, what will happen to their implants? Will they remain plump symbols of sexy cleavage, while the remainder of their bodies give way to gravity? Or will they travel downward along with everything else?

Depends if the implants are placed over or under the pectoral muscle. If its over the muscle, then yes, they will sag at bit with age. If its under the muscle, sagging will be minimal because the implant is in place in a pocket. The rest of your real breast tissue will in fact sag.
Reply:doesnt take but one look to figure out fake cause they stay where there were put....funniest thing I ever saw was a 72 yr old woman with 21yr old implants....terrible.....good luck
Reply:They will sag, as everything else will....... but there are surgeries that women get done so as to keep them "up" when they start falling down. If they only got the implants and let them stay there without having this "maintenance" performed, they would certainly fall down because it's the skin around them what loses its firmness and therefore makes whatever is inside sag.
Reply:depends on the women, some stay perky others get lazy and droop. Working in a nursing home I saw many saggy and droopy breasts that kind of look like all the air had been let out.





Dolly has mad many surgeries to look the way she does.
Reply:Actually breast implants can prevent future sagging. The implants are placed behind the breast tissue or chest muscle and so can provide a support structure for the overlying breast tissue.
Reply:They stick straight up and look very unnatural.
