How do they reconstruct breasts when removing implants?
Hello,

Removing breast implants and not replacing them leaves breasts with less volume and usually droopy ones. A breast lift is usually performed to reduce the droop and bring everything back together in these cases.

Breast augmentation with fat has long been considered off limits because of problems with later mammograms. There is a surgeon doing them with fat now although he does them in several sessions and the cost is many times more than the placement of implants because of the long surgical time and special equipment needed.
