Do most women get rippling from implants?

I have a consultation in a couple of weeks for Saline breast implants but I recently read an article which said that most women with implants will develop some type of rippling. Is this true? Will this happen right away?

Do most women get rippling from implants?
Yes, when you have your consultation, and see the implants, when you touch them and move them, you will see the rippling. Thats what it will look like under the skin. This is ALWAYS a factor with implants and you willl see it one the swelling goes down. You usually only see the rippling if you move or stand a certain way, lean over, etc. Don't worry, its not a big deal, I can make my rippling dissappear by straightening my posture.
Reply:I have Silicone implants and I have no rippling. I have had mine for 1 year and 9 months. I think that the rippling is more common with Saline implants. The Silicone implants are really safe now and that is the one my surgeon recommended. But I think that it really depends on the size of implants and how full they are along with the size of the woman. It wouldn't happen right away, it would happen later on, probably a few years later.
Reply:It does on some women, but it really depends on how small you are and how large you're going to go. I was a small A before I got my implants and now I'm a large C small D and I have no rippling at all. My implants are saline and I have had no problems with my implants the year and a half that i've had them. After my surgery I was swollen for about 3-4 weeks, but I've been happy with my boob job every since.

I hope this helps!
Reply:hmmmm, i don't think so, but i'm not completely sure. i'd definitely ask your doctor about statistics.
