Is there anything softer than silicon for breast implants?

I'm not really up to date with the latest in aesthetic-oriented surgery, especially the type focused on women, so I wanted to know if there's a material that's softer and more natural looking than silicon based implants. I heard something about a material called "gummy bear" but I'm not entirely sure about it. Any leads?

i didn't think silicone implants were legal again. huh. well, i know the "safer" and "softer" implants are waterbased. i think the best would be saline because it is soft, and if you get into an accident, and it pops, it wont kill you like silicone will.
Reply:havent you heard that they use your own fat from another area and fill em up!! thats y alot of ppl claim they dont have silicone breast, that there natural, cuz duh!! its there own fat...
