Should breast implants be made mandatory for all women?

I think that all women should have to get implants(at their own expense) if they are smaller then a full D-cup. Except if its a very small women the she would have the option to get C-cups but also will be made to pay a penalty for not getting D-cups. Agree?

I don't agree, but I do think that any woman having a breast reduction surgery should be imprisoned for life :)

Not all men like big boobs and certainly not fake one's at that. More importantly, not all women like to have larger breasts and shouldn't it be up to her since it's her body?

Reply:Maybe you should get breast implants and find out how hard it is to find tops that fit properly when your breasts are too large for your body. That's why many women don't want them and don't get them. It's a lot easier to find ways to fill out tops than to try to squeeze too-large breasts into an outfit that won't stretch.
