I have only had mine for a week, but my doctor said it can take any where from 6 months to a year for the swelling to go down. She said at about 1 year is when they feel your own. About 6 weeks is when you can start wearing swimsuits and it won't be like... BAM fake boobs in your face, at that point they have dropped a little and have softened up. Good luck if you're getting them!
