Anyone here had successful facial implants or rhinoplasty?

I need to get an otoplasty, a rhinoplasty and some facial implants. Anybody here done those things? Also, does anyone know of any good ways to get financing, I don't think I can afford it upfront but don't mind going into debt to do it - Life's too short not to do this.
